Peter Hill Design created a new brand identity for Interfaith Action of Greater Saint Paul (formerly Saint Paul Area Council of Churches). The purpose of the project was to leverage its new name and reinforce how the organization had evolved its faith base beyond churches, expanded its reach beyond Saint Paul’s borders, and engaged its community partners in addressing even more profound community challenges.
The new visual identity features a unique kaleidoscope-inspired icon that uses the center as the organization and the surrounding shapes to represent diverse services, cultures, and religions that come together to address community needs. The firm created a communications strategy as well as messaging to reflect the organization’s changing vision. Final design templates and brand standards for marketing materials were provided for internal use moving forward. Both the organization’s internal and external audiences embraced the new name and brand.
