The leading global real estate services firm hired Peter Hill Design to help refresh their research report. The Compass Report is produced every 6-months using Twin Cities commercial property and gives insight to the commercial real estate industry on trends and forecasts. The goal was to redesign the existing report to better highlight trends by market sector and tell a story using icons instead of all long paragraph copy. The branding followed the new Cushman global corporate brand standards but injected creativity and innovation to this traditional newsletter-like format. The firm collaborated with the client closely on the redesign since the change in format and icon-heavy design as a first for the client and a first using the new global brand standards.
