New Hire, John Horner Expands Creative Offerings and Marketing Services

Peter Hill Design, an award-winning creative firm established in 1994 by Peter Hill and led by Megan Junius since 2011, has just hired John Horner. The move is in response to Junius’ vision to expand the firm’s creative service offerings to new industries and markets.

Junius, an art director, graphic designer and 2014 Small Business Administration Emerging Leader, has the firm on a growth plan supported by her business acumen and focus on providing in-depth services to a relatively small number of clients who range from start-ups to divisions of global corporations. “John is joining our firm at a time of exciting growth,” says Junius. “He has over 20 years of experience providing hands-on service. By understanding the overall client vision and aligning that with timing, strategy, culture and resources, he will bring our current clients innovative ideas and connect our top-notch creative team with new opportunities.”

Junius notes, “In today’s marketplace, there is an explosion of content. We are seeing an emphasis now more than ever on design across all platforms. We’re smaller, more nimble and poised to integrate branding across all channels.” Horner, over a career of working closely with interior designers, architects and sales representatives, is skilled in managing and impacting all aspects of a brand from project start to completion. “I like being the consistent voice – essentially, the client advocate – throughout a proven process.“ Horner says.

Now leading the business and sales focus for Peter Hill Design clients, Horner is charged with understanding a broad spectrum of the client brand and building relationships. This attention along with his expertise in the creative process and ability to think strategically, plays a key role in developing new opportunities and managing ongoing client needs.
